One of the greatest challenges we face is the preservation of our environment as the basis of life for future generations.
As a company, we want to make an active contribution to this and help shape the world of tomorrow.
Incidentally, the idea of sustainable action comes - how appropriate - from forestry: do not take more trees from the forest than will grow back in the foreseeable future. In view of climate change, this golden rule is more relevant today than ever.
But the principle has long since expanded from the mere handling of raw materials to many areas of our lives and therefore plays an increasingly important role for us as well.
For your kitchen, this means that sustainability is in our DNA, so to speak - from the selection of raw materials to our social responsibility. Raw materials

Our kitchens are living spaces. That's why it's a matter of course for us to always keep an eye on the environment as the living space for all of us. And that starts right “up front” in the process. Because what furniture is made of has a significant influence on its environmental balance.

Product use

Your kitchen is usually with you for a long time. It is also a central place in your everyday life. Kitchens have surfaces that you and your food constantly come into contact with. They should therefore not only feel good, but also be durable, robust and made of hygienic materials. For this reason, careful testing, emission-free components and high quality are a must for us.

Supply chain

You have probably heard that these days there can quickly be massive supply problems. No wonder! Even the navigational error of a single ship in the Suez Canal can upset international supply chains and thus impair production processes. That's why we rely on suppliers from the region wherever possible.

Production

As is probably the case in every manufacturing company, the largest share of our carbon footprint is generated in production. This is also where most of the waste is produced. For this reason, we have initiated a whole series of measures to reduce energy consumption and to recycle our production residues in a sensible way - or if not possible otherwise - to recycle them thermally. An internal steering team monitors and coordinates the measures.

Transport

Once your kitchen is produced, it has to be delivered. This brings us to the second largest item in our carbon footprint. To reduce this too, we have decided on a number of measures. Some of them still need time, such as the conversion of our vehicle fleet to hydrogen - others have already been successfully implemented. These include, for example, the use of long trailers or optimised route planning.

Kitchen studios and furniture stores are the places where you first come into contact with our kitchens and where you usually ask your questions about the product.
Knowledgeable advice - for example on sustainability issues - and professional installation are without doubt the most important aspects from our point of view.
If mistakes were made here, the result would usually always be an unnecessary additional burden on resources. And that does not have to be the case!

Our conviction: Long live the quality standard.

When you spend your money on one of our kitchens, you can and should get a product that will give you pleasure for a long time. And not just in theory! We already know from our customer feedback that kitchens are often used for 15 years or more. This longevity does not come by chance, but is the result of intensive product testing and meticulous quality control, developed, carried out and maintained with passion over many years.
