Please note that the Website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data relating to children. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our processes and practices regarding your Personal Data and how we will treat it.

We will ensure that your Personal Data is handled in accordance with the law. The relevant law here is: (i) the Data Protection Act 2018; (ii) the UK General Data Protection Regulation (as defined in the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019/419); (iii) the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (as applicable); and (iv) the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (together, the "Data Protection Legislation").

For the purpose of the Data Protection Legislation, we, RMTSoft GmbH & Co. KG, registered in Germany with registered number HRA 202091 and with registered address Carl-Zeiss-Str. 14-16, 28816 Stuhr, Germany, are the Data Controller.

The Personal Data that we collect about you includes technical information about you and the device that you use to access our Website, such as information regarding: (i) the type of device you use, a unique device identifier, network information, the type of operating system and browser you use, time zone settings, and other device-related information; and (ii) the date, time and duration of access to the Website, including pages viewed.

The legal basis on which we hold your Personal Data is primarily for the purpose of pursuing our legitimate interests in connection with the operation, improvement and promotion of the RMTSoft business. We may also use your Personal Information in certain circumstances where necessary for the performance of a contract (or where necessary in order to enable us to take steps at your request, prior to entering into a contract).

We use your Personal Data in the following ways and for the following purposes:

  • We use the Personal Data that you give to us to:

    • enable us to connect you with an RMTSoft partner or affiliate in response to any request that you submit to us to receive further information regarding a kitchen that you have designed using the Liv:K kitchen design portal, as made available on the Website (the "Design Portal"); and
  • We will use the Personal Data that we collect about you to:
    • administer the Website and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes to provide more relevant content;
    • improve our products/services and to ensure that the Website (including the Design Portal) is presented in the most effective manner for you and your device;
    • facilitate a consistent user experience and to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Website, when you choose to do so;
    • as part of our efforts to keep our Website safe and secure; and

3. Disclosure of your Personal Data

From time to time, we may share your Personal Data with other entities forming part of the RMTSoft group of companies and/or third parties, including selected RMTSoft partners.

We may disclose your Personal Data to third parties:

  • in the event that you design a kitchen using the Design Portal and request to be contacted by an RMTSoft partner with regards to taking your design forwards;
  • in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your Personal Data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;
  • if RMTSoft or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case Personal Data held by us will be one of the transferred assets;
  • if we are under a duty to disclose or share your Personal Data in order to comply with any legal obligation;
  • in order to enforce or apply our Website terms of use, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RMTSoft, our users, or others.

4. Where we store and transfer your Personal Data

The Personal Data that we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will generally be held at a location within the UK or European Economic Area (EEA). Transfers between the EU and UK are made on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission. In processing your Personal Data, it will sometimes by necessary for us to transfer your Personal Data outside the UK and EEA, such as where your information is processed by one of our overseas third party service providers located outside the UK and EEA. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Personal Data is treated securely and in any event in accordance with this policy and Data Protection Legislation when it is processed in a location outside the EEA or UK. We may enter into contracts with entities based outside the EEA and UK with respect to the transfer of your Personal Data to them, where this is required by Data Protection Legislation.

Your Personal Data will be held for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with access to our Website and services (and otherwise in accordance with our internal data retention procedures). Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Data.

Where you have chosen a password which enables you to access your account on our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You are not permitted to share a password with anyone.

The data stored by these cookies can be seen only by the relevant teams at Kutchenhaus and Google. The information is anonymous and never reveals any personal or financial data.

9. Mouseflow


This website uses Mouseflow: a website analytics tool that provides session replay, heatmaps, funnels, form analytics, feedback surveys, and similar features/functionality. Mouseflow may record your clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, form fills (keystrokes) in non-excluded fields, pages visited and content, time on site, browser, operating system, device type (desktop/tablet/phone), screen resolution, visitor type (first time/returning), referrer, anonymized IP address, location (city/country), language, and similar meta data. Mouseflow does not collect any information on pages where it is not installed, nor does it track or collect information outside your web browser. 10. Social Login

We offer you the option of using your existing profile on the social networks Facebook (Meta Plat-forms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) and Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland) to register and log in to our online services. To do this, you can click on the corresponding Facebook or Google icons when registering or logging in. Clicking on the respective symbol opens a new window in which you can log in to the corresponding provider. You will also be informed which data will be forwarded for authentication and for registra-tion or login. Based on your consent, it is also possible that further data from your profile will be for-warded to us. This data (such as your age or like behaviour) is then used to optimise our offers, includ-ing adapting our offers to your interests. The legal basis for data processing is your consent in accord-ance with Art. 6 (1)(a) of the GDPR.
A connection is established between your device and the servers of the respective provider in order to carry out the authentication. This enables the provider to find out your IP address in particular, and possibly also other information about your device. As part of the technical process, personal data may be transmitted to Meta or Google servers in the USA. We have no influence on data processing by the provider in this regard. 11.  Microsoft Advertising

This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA.

This technology enables us to target visitors to our website with personalized, interest-based advertising if they have previously shown interest in our shop and products. The display of these ads is based on a cookie-based analysis of past and current usage behavior, although no personal data is stored. 13. Processing of customer statements and photos

If you provide a personal statement and/or photo, we will use this data exclusively for publication on our website and in other communication channels such as social media or newsletters. The processing will only take place with your express consent.

We ensure that the data collected via Typeform is used solely for the purposes stated in our forms and is kept secure in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By submitting information through our forms, you consent to the processing of your data as described. By submitting information like your name, surname and e-mail address through our forms, you consent to the processing of your data as described.

15. Use of UTM Parameters for Tracking


As part of our marketing and lead generation efforts, we use UTM parameters to track the performance of our campaigns. UTM parameters are small text snippets added to the URLs of our marketing materials (such as emails, advertisements, or social media posts). These parameters allow us to analyze how users interact with our campaigns and to improve the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.

  • you have the right to data portability for Personal Data held about you by us; and
  • you have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your Personal Data at any time.

You can exercise any of your rights outlined above by contacting us at info@rmtsoft.de and we will try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Where we receive a large number of requests, or receive especially complex requests, this may be extended by a maximum of two further months. If we fail to meet these deadlines or if you feel your rights have not been adequately respected, you may complain to the relevant data protection regulator.
