Social responsibility
As you surely know, sustainability has many facets. In addition to environmental goals, social development goals are also included - the latter are traditionally very important to us as a company. For this reason, we have already taken numerous measures to ensure that the people who deal with us are looked after.
Vocational training
Our mission: to pass on grown knowledge to the generation of tomorrow.
Perhaps when asked what sustainability means to you, your first answer wouldn’t be “vocational training”. But that is exactly the case from our point of view. Because well-trained skilled workers are the key to the continued existence of our company in the future. Understanding the increasingly complex processes in furniture production, minimising errors and acting in a targeted, efficient manner - these are the prerequisites for successful and environmentally friendly business operations. In addition, our know-how must be passed on and further developed in the long term. That is why we focus on training our skilled workers ourselves and on retaining them in our company for the long term. So your new kitchen has also contributed a little to our having a sustainable future.
Integration and appreciation
Our commitment: Creating long-term perspectives through social responsibility.
For us, the concept of sustainability also includes another social component: We want to take responsibility for society as a whole and help people with disadvantages. Because we think you should also have the opportunity to contribute to the labour market and be appreciated for your work. That is why we work closely with support workshops that are geared to their needs and offer them an optimal working environment.
One example in this area is packing small parts into hardware bags - small but very important components for the successful construction of your kitchen.
